About
He was born in Alexandria, Egypt in 1957. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Alexandria University in 1980. He worked as an Engineer for twelve years. He was a Sunday School servant for sixteen years at St. George Church in Sporting, Alexandria.
He was ordained on June 19th, 1992 by H.H. Pope Shenouda III and served in the same church for three years.
He came to California in February 1995. He was ordained Hegumen by H.G. Bishop Serapion on December 31st, 2006. He has been serving at Holy Virgin Mary Church in Los Angeles since his arrival.
